Details:
* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow expected. Additional
snow accumulations between 1 and 5 inches. For the Winter Storm
Watch, heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of up to 20
inches to 4500 feet, and  up to 35 inches at higher elevations
possible.

* WHERE...Northern and Central Oregon Cascades.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 5 PM PDT this
afternoon. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Wednesday afternoon
through Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...For the Winter Storm Watch, there is around a
60-80% chance for 12 inches or more of snow late Wednesday through
Friday as two frontal systems affect the area.
