For the Gale Warning, seas 15 to 20 ft at 15 to 17 seconds and winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts to 38 kt. * WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar. * WHEN...Small Craft Advisory until 4 AM PST Saturday. Gale Warning from 4 AM PST Saturday to 1 PM PST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft, especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the Columbia River Bar. Information: A Gale Warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are imminent or occurring. Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires experience and properly equipped vessels.
